[DGD] [Phantasmal] Major commits in progress

Just wanted to let folks know that I'm making huge commits to the svn
repository that is backing the phantasmal website.

Changes are to the website and are moving mailing list excerpts into
separate files so that the pagecreate.pl script can properly escape
them for inclusion into an HTML file.  Lots of messy bits involving
ampersands and angle brackets.

Anyone noticing a page that just doesn't look right, let me know and
I'll take a peek at it.
