I have re-enabled email delivery for those list members for whom
mailman had not registered a reason to suspend delivery.  In most
cases, the recipient will no longer exist and can be unsubscribed
in the future, but there will be some who had disabled delivery
manually.

If you are among them, please visit the web page from the URL
below to re-disable email delivery.  In the future, this setting
will be respected.
