I will admit though to misstating my position.

Only *habitual* quits with high adrenaline are viewable with suspicion.  The
*occasional* high-adrenaline quit is quite presumably innocent and would be
treated as such.  It is only when it happens frequently enough to exhaust
"player MP/quit grace"

My apologies to anyone who I confused by not stating that in the beginning.
