[DGD] Gurbalib resurrection

Hello all,

Chris, Cerihan and me have been working on a rerelease of Gurbalib and are
proud to announce the availability of Gurbalib 0.41

The first project goal was to make Gurbalib run on modern versions of DGD,
with or without network patches. The second goal was to convert Gurbalib to
typechecking 2.

So far there are no functional enhancements over 0.40, it is purely a
conversion to 1.2 'experimental' and typechecking 2, with a few small changes
to also make it work with unpatched versions of DGD.

A number of functional enhancements are currently being coded and tested, and
will be available in future releases.

Our initital release is available from http://wotf.org/downloads/gurba/

svn repository for this project can be found at svn://wotf.org/gurbalib

Please see the included documentation for copyright and license information,
the download is a bundle containing an unpatched dgd, the network package (as
a patch) and the lib, those components each have their own license.
