Newest update:

connection management overhaul.  More transparent delegation wrt. klib, and
now

now:
    logical port managers and physical port managers are now separately
configurable.
    Nice if you need to park an httpd or an ftpd or the like on a fixed
service port, but can handle floating port numbers for the mud logins.

    saner handling of anomalies in connection management.


The test module of "UlarioMUD" is being overhauled next to comply with the
new scheme.
