[DGD] Gurbalib 0.42 beta 1

This one has more problems to start with my 'Plain' DGD 1.2.130 version.

After fixing the config file I get the following error when connecting
(DGD starts fine).

Port 4001 fails off-course because of a missing .net package. 

So question: Can this version of Gurbalib still run on both versions
(plain/net)?
