[DGD] Gurbalib with DGDMP

For those who want to try running Gurbalib on DGDMP, you need at least svn
revision 257, the event daemon in earlier revisions is not compatible with the
current version of DGDMP.

DGDMP isn't supported yet 'officially', but I'd like to hear about any bugs or
issues you encounter. Please mail them to gurba at wotf.org
