[DGD] The future of Hydra

Hydra is now without known bugs.  But obviously bugs are still present;
it is also known to be buggy :)  I will try to continue the old DGD
habit of releasing a patch on the same day a bug is reported, though
debugging a multi-threaded program can be tricky.

I will continue to improve it, and release version 1.3 when I decide
that it is "sufficiently stable."
