I do maintain my fork as a whole by default though, in that if something is
broken in the original klib and nobody else has the time to fix it, I
probably will wind up fixing it anyway and offering the patch to anyone who
wants it, including felix.

Since there are multiple repositories maintained by different people, I'm
not really sure if anyone could be called the "official" maintainer for the
kernel library.

Then again, that's one of the beautiful things about open source anyway.
