Ability to crash the game.

Ability to remove/disconnect another from the game (note this is not
PK, this is physically disconnect).

Ability to affect another without risk to self even over time.

Game mechanics which do not increase vulnerability with increases in
resources.

Game mechanics which encourage simplistic, "I must have, you can't
have" loops.
