Writing as list owner:

You should get this message twice, once from Null.Net and once from
Kanga.Nu.

The list has now officially moved to Kanga.Nu and Petidomo. <cheers>

You should all now have received a subscription reply and a
promotion to posting authority message from Petidomo. If you HAVEN'T
received BOTH please email me at coder at ibm.net immediately.

The list will continue to function at mud-dev at null.net for a short
while as a relay point to Kanga.Nu. As you may note from the copy of
this message which was sent thru null.net, the Reply-To now points
back to Kanga.Nu to help facilitate the change over.

The archives on Kanga.Nu are now compleat with the exception of 1996
(Wout's list) and the earlier CC: list. Those will take a while
longer. The tarballs of the other archives are now online. Searching
the archives also now works correctly with the exception that
continued searches don't work (under investigation). For now please
just use the "all matches" selection. The general list related web
pages at Kanga.Nu are now mostly compleat.

For those who were on the digest form of the list. Sorry. There
are no digests currently. Soon. Please be patient -- I'll have them
working soon.

The list will probably go public (posting in r.g.m.announce) some
time next week. The charter, definition, subscription format and
noise controls on the list will be as detailed at
<URL:http://www.kanga.nu/~petidomo/lists/mud-dev/index.hml> with new
members being read-only and requiring explicit promotion to gain
posting authority. There will be no more need for invitations.
Existant members however are encouraged to sponsor new members for
posting priviledges.
