SMAP (Small Application's Persistency) is a C++ library supplying
persistency to small applications. It allows multiple open databases,
it is application crash secure, it has object level granularity, it is
easy to use and understand and it is suitable to applications that
move around a lot.  Furthermore it supplies C++ wrappings for Solaris
threads, including synchronization tools.
