The Mining Co. is a legit deal. You host a topic, and, based on the 
amount of traffic which goes through your hosted pages, you get paid. I 
know a few people who have done this. Most of them hosted niche subject 
matters like "modern jazz" or "wine tasting" so they didn't see much 
traffic, but it was some money, and if you have the spare time, sure. 
It's a matter of whether you can keep the information interesting enough 
to keep people coming back and checking out lots of things.

If I had more time, I would have approached them myself :)
