Role Industries invites you to enter the First Role Industries Adventure=20
Contest in order to celebrate the upcoming release of its on-line role=20
magazine, Dreams & Fantasy.=20

This magazine has been created to become a resource of everything
about RPGs, with sections such as world news & events, articles,
interviews, discussion rooms, classified ads to exchange, sell or=20
buy products from other people, graphic art and literature and,=20
of course, a large section about RPGs, with articles, adventures=20
and more, without forgetting the PBEM, with games lead by experienced=20
masters, LARP and CCGs.

In each new issue you will find all kinds of original adventures,
rules and other material such as world expansions and even new
games never seen before. All of this, keeping quality and fun as=20
the magazine's main objectives.

 What else?

The first issue will be open to everybody. After that, some sections=20
will become for members only, but look! because we will try to offer
as much as possible for free to non-members, and lots and lots to=20
members at a very low cost.
 You can trust us, that's a promise!

The following information are the rules for the First Role Industries=20
Adventure Contest. Read them carefully, join and good luck!

The prizes are as follows:
-Large Category:=20
=95First prize: 30,000 pesetas (about $200) plus a one year=20
        suscription to Dreams & Fantasy.=20
=95Second prize: 20,000 pesetas (about $135) plus a one year=20
        suscription to Dreams & Fantasy.=20
=95Thirth and Fourth prize: a one year suscription to Dreams & Fantasy.=20

-Short Category:=20
=95First prize: 15,000 pesetas (about $100) plus a one year=20
        suscription to Dreams & Fantasy.=20
=95Second prize: 10,000 pesetas (about $65) plus a one year=20
        suscription to Dreams & Fantasy.=20
=95Thirth and Fourth prize: a one year suscription to Dreams & Fantasy.=20

- The value of an anual suscription is: 3,000 pesetas (about US $20).
- 150 pesetas are the equivalent of about $1.
- Read point number 11 to know about other benefits.

The rules of the contest are the following:=20

1.-There are two categories, being permited to enter in both of them:
-Large Contest: All adventures sent to this category must be at least 30=20
pages long.
-Short Contest: All adventures sent to this category must be between 10=20
to 20 pages long.=20

2.-All aplying adventures must be in text format (.txt)=20

3.- The adventures can be based on any role playing game, but they=20
shouldn't have been published before. The jury will take into account=20
the playability and originality of the adventure, not if it is for a=20
famous game (this is not important).=20

4.-Image inlcusion such as maps or landscapes to help the ambientation=20
of the adventure will be taken into account by the contest jury. All=20
images must be in GIF or JPG format.=20

5.- All adventures must be sent via e-mail to :=20

6.- All the adventures must be received by july 15. All the adventures=20
received once the deadline is past will be rejected.

7.- You can send as many adventures as you wish.

8.- The decition of the jury will be on august 1 st, and will be=20
published in the Role Industries home page. The winners will be also=20
notified via e-mail.

9.- The magazine board will be able to use the adventures received (see=20
points 10,11 and 12).

10.- All adventures sent to the contest could be published in the first=20
and following issues of Dreams & Fantasy, the Role Industries on-line=20
magazine.

11.- If the authors are interested, the adventures could be included in=20
the RI Catalogue, receiving an agreed percentage of the benefits=20
generated by the sells.=20

12.- The payments for the benefits derived from the selling of that=20
adventures will be made via money order (it's essential that your data=20
is correctly filled).
