[MUD-Dev] Tutorial: Let's build a Compiler!

After a bit of bugging people at work, the ftp site there now allows
anonymous logins again. So, those who wanted to look at my compiler
stuff can now get it. Also somewhat relevant are the ToyMUD sources -
it contains an interpreter for a structured language, all in one source
file (with *very* few comments). But, there is general documentation.
The hierarchy there (ftp.myrias.com):

    /pub/cg/Compiler/Toy.tar.Z - compiler sources and articles
    /pub/cg/MUD/ToyMUD/ToyMUD.tar.Z - small MUD sources, scenario, docs
    /pub/cg/MUD/AmigaMUD/Doc.tar.Z - extensive docs on my full system
