Anyone here looked at JAvalon, Avalon's JAVA applet based client? Its
comparitively simple, and is not entirely happy working thru SGI's
firewall (or I'd comment more on it). From brief playing it looks
like it has promise.

I should note that SGI's software manager can work as a handler under
Netscape, allowing applications and OS updates to be installed on a
machine by doing nothing more than clinking on a link on a web page.
Its works well.
