The list archive tarballs are specifically designed so that they can
be unpacked into a local directory structure and browsed with any
web browser (Lynx works particularly well, tho I've also used
Mozilla).  Just point your browser at the index.html (ie the date
index) and work from there.

No, there are no intentions for other formats.

Umm, good point.  I really should cross post the MUD-Dev ads over
there occassionally.

True.  Its a price that I was willing to pay at that time.  I regret
the cost (you're by no means the first to have said this, there have
been dozens), but I think it was necessary.
