[MUD-Dev] ADMIN: Digests are now functioning

Writing as list owner:

  MUD-Dev is now available as a daily MIME digest of the list's
messages.  To get the digest version of the list, send a message to
mud-dev-request at kanga.nu with a message body of "digest".  eg:

      To:  mud-dev-request at kanga.nu
      From: <you>
      Subject:
      --------
      digest

  Note: Getting the digest version of the list does not turn off
individual messages for your subscription.  You can be subscribed to
both versions simultaneously.  If you would like to turn off
individual messages, send a message to mud-dev-request at kanga.nu with a
message body of "tune-out".  eg:

      To:  mud-dev-request at kanga.nu
      From: <you>
      Subject:
      --------
      tune-out

  You can send a digest command in the same message as a tune-out
command, and they will be processed correctly.
