Well... the main thing this has shown me is that people should be careful
to get someone to check their game laws for logical and grammatical
errors.  When the same people who create the laws interpret them, such
errors won't cause much in the way of problems, but in other situations,
laws might be given interpretations very different from what their framers
intended.
