[MUD-Dev] LPC text parser

Well, I've gotten a lot more requests for my parser than I expected...
enough that I'm going to write up some documentation on how it works,
since the existing code isn't very well documented.  Those of you who
have asked me for a copy, please be patient -- I'll be away for
Christmas until Thursday, and should be sending it and the docs to all
of you then.

Those of you who already got a copy from me, please send me your email
address again if you'd like a copy of the documentation once it's
written.
