    But isn't that true IRL.  Can I not do the same thing by whispering to a
group of people IRL.  The other guy already knows that I dislike them.  So
they can assume that I am talking about him or her behind their back.  This
leads to advanced concepts such as backstabbing and being two faced.  Your
taking these valuable society skills out of your MUD by banning the trouble
maker rather than having everyone turn their back on them.
    Again, putting the power in the users hands gives them a choice.  To ignore
and be ignored is certainly part of society.  Well, JC has already made it
evident that both sides of the camp would probably argue this to death
without reaching a consensus of any sort, so I guess I leave it up to the IMP
out there to either ban or write society based user level filter code.
