How delightful! Talk about opportunities for the tail to wag the
dog -- you can't get much richer.

No doubt. This could be very interesting, even commercially,
especially if you can contrive for it to not be "officially
sanctioned" and yet appear as a default part of the player's
environment (liability, adninistrative oversight, etc). There are
some very interesting effects on community building (and fracting)
that I could see happening there..
