I couldn't agree more with Scion. It was like that in the Czech
Republic, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and France. You pay through the
nose for phone service in Europe, and the internet cafes are a much
easier way of getting online. Also, they can be rather industrious in
use -- one that I frequented while on vacation in Rome was a
combination internet cafe and laudromat!
