Yup, check the archives.  Posted here within the last month or so,
if you want to charge for it, you need to negotiate a licensing
agreement different from the one on the shrinkwrap.

i.e. Off the shelf, no.  But if you give Bioware (or Interplay or
whomever it is) a bunch of money, then maybe.
