I've encountered several. The above is definition 6 from the
definition of "unfair" in my MUDspeke dictionary (which is MUD1 and
MUD2 specific, hence the idiosyncratic examples). See

Irony aside, though, most players do have some sense of what is and
isn't fair, and although some of them will indeed try to push the
limits, most won't. If you treat them fairly, you can expect to be
treated fairly in return (on the whole).
