No, because what is taking place is the performance of a SERVICE
which does not involve any transfer of ownership
whatsoever. Blacksnow is paid to make contact in-game with another
character and type "give Bubba sword" resulting in Bubba having the
sword.

It's not outside food and drink in a movie theatre, because nobody
brought anything onto the server. It's not selling a rental car,
because nobody took anything off the server. It's not selling
hammers in the aisle, because the sale was made in a different
location. And it's not transfer of ownership, because Mythic still
owns the item both before and after the transaction.
