The mirror link is broken, btw. It points to 
 
  http://www.kanga.nu/mirrors/www.communities.com/company/papers/citizenry.html

which gives a 404.

"Commerce and Society in Cyberspace" works, as does "Distributed
Architectures for Virtual Communities" but all the other links from
http://www.kanga.nu/mirrors/www.communities.com/company/papers/ are
broken.
