[MUD-Dev] NEWS: Release of v0.21 of Murpg Core

Version 0.21 of the Murpg Core has been released under the GPL at:

Murpg Core works with the Murpg MOO Server, which is a *slightly*
modified version of the LambdaMOO server.  It should work with the
standard Lambdamoo server as well, but prompt support will not
exist.

Major changes from 0.2 include about ninety help topics, more editor
functionality, and minor bugfixes.

Next major items to appear will be the inventory system, combat
system, initial magic groundwork, and some builder tools.

Anyone is welcome to help out with the project, from testing to
bugfixes to coding to design feedback, and of course documentation!
