I disagree.  I feel that the Blizzard issue is less clear cut and
involves some things I feel have been "traditional rights," like
reverse engineering and my right to choose how I use things I buy.
I am hoping for a sound decision that helps clarify the issue and
provides good guidelines for the future.  I think it is a
interesting issue.  I want to see Blizzard protected, but I am
afraid the decision could go to far.
