    "Supreme Duellers 
       -must be above the level of 100 million

    Elite Duellers
      -Must be between levels 100 and 9,999,999

    99 Duellers
      -Must be at least level 80 and no more than 99"

[Note: max level for dialbo2 characters is 99]
