As far as I know, no.  The last version of it that I found posted
anywhere was 0.89, which is over a decade old now.  At one point a
few years ago, I did a search on the author's name, found an email
address that seemed to be possibly his, and sent a query about
whether there were any more recent versions, but I never recieved a
reply.
