EVE Online has an in-game browser in addition to in-game email. The
browser only supported the most rudimentary html tags (when I left
in Nov anyway), but it still proved a valuable resource. The email
system was also handy, although it wasn't very user friendly. It
capped messages at something like 1,000 characters. Replies would
quickly exceed the character limit. CCing wasn't very user
friendly, and outgoing mails were not saved. It also lacked
confirmation when deleting messages.

While both the in-game browser and email systems were great
additions to EVE, they still need some attention.
