Okay, sure 8)

What does a good human GM do?  Those sorts of things IMHO are much
more interesting and appropriate.

As an example, rather then having Ghost Widow (who is a villain for
those who don't know) show up as all-powerful OP in the middle of
Paragon City (the city of heroes) as a godling to be untouchable and
bestow favors, why not have her and a few cronies show up to rob a
bank or attack city hall?    Make her the "dragon" that it takes 30
players to defeat but that they can and will defeat.

That puts the PC heroes on the top of the food chain, where they should be.
