The bottom line on this fiasco is that the software requires - get this
-.NET 2.0 AND .NET 1.1. DirectX requires .NET 1.1 while I require .NET
2.0.As a result both are required. It's a perfectly viable
configuration. I'mrunning it, which is why the software works on my
machines. The onlyversion of DirectX that uses .NET 2.0 is on Vista,
and I cannot buildsoftware for Vista.
As I recently wrote to Mike, next time it's C code and VT100 graphics.
Istand behind every word I ever wrote about graphics being a hindrance
toother aspects of game development.
