Some not all. SKing helps BUT there are a lot of places in the world
that are level restricted.

Then there are the roleplay-dynamics of a level based system which I
wont get into cause its a whole 'nother topic.

But if you think by "treadmill" Im merely referring to combat then
your missing the bigger picture.  A treadmill is boring because you do
the same thing and see the same things over and over.  CoH is a
treadmill not because its combat based, but because the combat
challenge is repetitive and ultimately uninteresting.

Granted, no ones figured out yet how to solve that in a way that
scales as these games need, but Id like to see more games trying to.
