I don't think there is such a list. The number of people/organizations that
have developed a MMORPG development toolkit can be counted on one hand (or
two, or three). Many of them are on this mailing list. (Of course, until
recently, anyone writing their own MMORPG has had to produce at least some
of their own toolkit, so lots of people will know what they're talking
about.)
I'm writing one myself. I can answer some questions, but my design is a bit
"eccentric", so I won't be able to answer all your questions, or even
provide you with industry-standard answers.
