Because enemy corps are not boss monsters. They're other players. EVE is
just a really, really complex version of Monopoly. It's not gamebreaking and
disruptive in that game, because there are no fundamental tropes of "I'm teh
hero! I pulled teh sw0rd from teh st0ne!"
