[DGD]Example errord.c

Hello,

I've written an example errord.c, to go somewhere like ~System/sys/ when
using in combination with the kernel-lib, and to be activated from the
~System/initd.c code like this:

---- initd.c example ----
static void
create()
{
    compile_object("sys/errord");
}
----

It will then automatically register itself as the error-manager with the
driver-object.
