[DGD] Problems when not on localhost

Right, I can get to 22 (ssh) and 25 (smtp), 80 (http).

If they'd block anything, I'd expect them to do that for port 25 and
80 and they obviously don't do that.

It does look like you or someone inbetween you and me as _some_ sort
of filter running (ICMP perhaps?) b/c instead of the usual 'Connection
refused' the packets appear to be dropped on the floor for any ports
that aren't actually open.

Check /var/log/kern.log or similar files for any relevant content,
assuming you're running with iptables, see what 'iptables -L' tells
you.
