[DGD] Sourceforge

Knowing that some of you do use sourceforge for your projects, and
considering that I am about to have all the free time I could want to dive
into my project (Aexeon) completely, I was wondering, how much do you all
depend on sourceforge's servers and how much of your development do you do
on your own systems?  I was wondering because I'm likely to change computers
(or at least re-install linux) and was considering using the shell accounts
and stuff that sourceforge provides.  Has anyone actually used the stuff
provided by sourceforge for development?  How has it worked out?  Have any
advice/suggestions?
