[DGD] Swedish characters

Yeah, thanks. I found out that it wasn't DGD or even the mublib that was
blocking swedish characters in any way.
The problem was when i moved windows-created files to my unix-server over
Samba. Stupid me. Thanks for your
time. I appreciate it.
