[DGD] DGD Licensing

We are trying to cover a budget shortfall here at Skotos (so we can do things
like pay Nino and Par to improve our games ;-) so for a limited time I'm quite
open to commercial licensing of the Skotos version of DGD at a significant
discount over what you might have heard discussed in the past.
