The first thing I would suggest is getting the same version for both, and don't use precompile. I've had weird problems with it that I'm still trying to narrow down. :P Second, see if you can get a stack trace. That's usually the most helpful information when debugging. Try hooking into DRIVER::runtime_error and see if you can get more information.
