[DGD] Minor problem with "Melville" MUDLib

Make sure that the "ed_tmpfile" entry in the configuration file is a valid 
file prefix.  So if you have "/foo/bar/ed_" in there, /foo/bar/ needs to 
be an actual folder that you can write to.
