[DGD] Phantasmal

  I'm not actively maintaining Phantasmal any more, as you probably noticed :-)

  It's worth pointing out that the last downloadable release of Phantasmal
isn't as up-to-date as the most recent SVN version.  So if you *do* decide to
update Phantasmal for later versions of DGD, please start with the SVN version,
because some of those changes may have already occurred.
