True, however, you still need some sort of shell account. It could be
one of those "partial loads" where one still needs to pay for the
fixed cost of have a server period, no matter how low-end it is.
Unless you want to share a server with someone else, you'd still need
to cough up enough dough to make someone bother setting aside an
account or server for you.
