[DGD] network package update

Hi,

I updated the svn repository for the dgd network package:

<dgd> Subversion: Aidil committed revision 36 to svn://wotf.org/dgd-devel-net
: Added missing stub to comp/comp.c to make the precompiler work again

Thanks to Greg for the bug report and patch.

I will create new distribution files later when I get time to split the
package in a driver and kernel part.
