BeOS and MacOS 9 have become very archaic, so I'm no longer providing
binaries for those platforms.  However, you can still compile them
yourself.

The patch for 1.3 changes the compilation options in the Makefile
(-DDEBUG is turned off), so be sure to do a full recompile.
