[DGD] DGDMP 1.1.8

I've placed prerelease binaries for DGDMP 1.1.8 at:

    ftp://ftp.dworkin.nl/dgdmp/

Remember that this is a prerelease; there are many bugs and no guarantees.
The program will detect the number of available CPUs, or CPU cores, and
spawn a thread for each of them.  Currently the only supported platforms
are MacOSX and Linux; Windows and Solaris are planned, and later on I
intend to add AIX and HPUX.

I intend to release a new version once every week or so.
