:Dwarf starts with elven = 10%, human = 50%, dwarven = 100%.
:Human starts with elven = 5%, human = 100%, dwarven = 20%.

This makes a lot of sense to me. In our world, English speakers end up
knowing bits of other languages, just because English has inherited so
much from those languages. Latin, French, German, some Scandanavian.
Similar for the other way around (well, ignoring the French, who seem
to want the rest of the world to never have existed :-) ).
